Vincent Kaufmann

Vincent Kaufmann is the CEO of Ethos Foundation and Ethos Services since 2015. He has been a member of Ethos Services’ management in charge of investments since 2011 and the deputy CEO since 2013. Vincent Kaufmann joined Ethos in 2004 as a corporate governance analyst, later becoming a senior analyst and deputy head of corporate governance. In 2014 Vincent became a member of the supervisory board of French proxy voting advisor Proxinvest representing the shareholder Ethos Services. Since 2018, Vincent Kaufmann is a board member of Expert Corporate Governance Services (ECGS Ltd.), the European network of proxy advisors, representing Ethos Services SA as a member of the alliance.

Vincent Kaufmann is a Swiss Certified Expert for Accounting and Controlling and holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Geneva. He is the author and co-author of several studies in the fields of corporate governance and engagement among which an article dedicated to proxy voting in the SSF Handbook for Sustainable Investment.
