General description of organisation
THA is a swiss investment foundation for pension funds. Investing in swiss real estate, mainly in residential real estate. All real estate have to be new or renovated and rented out completely. THA has a special view on affordable housing and sustainble investments.
Reason for membership with SSF
We would like to have the exchange on the topic "Sustainability" and to show to the investors, that this is a very important point in the investment cases.
