Specific data processing on or via our website?

Tracking tool

We use the Google Analytics website analysis service on our website, which is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

We use Google Analytics to evaluate user behaviour based on a pseudonymous ID. This identification number does not contain any unique data such as names or email addresses. Among other things, the content accessed, search terms, interactions, time and duration of the visit, and technical data about the device and browser are recorded.

Google Analytics creates pseudonymous user profiles and may use cookies. Google Analytics does not store individual IP addresses, but only uses them to determine the approximate location, such as city, country and region. For EU users, IP data is used exclusively for location purposes before being immediately discarded. All measurement data from the EU is first processed on EU servers.

Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address, first and last name, gender and any other information you voluntarily provide to send you information about our services and other commercial communications (e.g. event announcements and surveys). You can unsubscribe from such emails at any time by clicking on the marked link "Unsubscribe from this list" at the end of each email or by contacting us directly by email at info@sustainablefinance.ch.

The Mailchimp service from Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA, is used to send the newsletter.

The emails are sent with graphics that allow individual measurement, such as delivery, open and click rates. In addition, emails also contain links that allow personalised analysis. Such analyses are used for quality assurance purposes and to better respond to the interests of readers.

The data is stored primarily, but not exclusively, in the USA. This transfer to a third country is based on the standard contractual clauses provided by the service provider. In addition, Intuit Inc., the umbrella organisation at which offers Mailchimp, among other things, is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF).
