Kelly Hess, Director Projects, Zürich

Kelly Hess began her career in the financial sector in 2010. She joined SSF in 2014 and is responsible for implementing different projects and activities, e.g. the Swiss Sustainable Investment Market Study, for the SSF Asset Owner Platform, as well as for liaising with members.

Prior to joining SSF, Kelly spent 5 years at RobecoSAM in various positions related to Sustainability Indices. As part of her role, she was responsible for the development and commercialization of financial indices in the area of Clean Energy, Water, Waste Management, Transport and Healthcare. She was also responsible for the development and commercialization of new sustainability indices within the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) family. Prior to RobecoSAM, Kelly worked in energy consulting for small organisations looking to achieve more favorable energy efficiency.

Kelly holds a Masters in Environmental Sciences from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich and a Bachelor of Science from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.
