SFF published, in collaboration with ESG real estate specialists, a questionnaire that aims to provide the most important data on direct real estate investment products to investors and consultants in a uniform and comparable way. The template questionnaire is directed at banks and asset managers offering direct real estate vehicles and at indirect real estate investors looking for comparable ESG information on their investments. SSF is hosting a webinar to inform on the background, objective, and content of the questionnaire. Speakers include Isabel Müller (Swiss Life Asset Managers), Marc Wyss (Maerki Baumann & Co. AG) and Hendrik Kimmerle (SSF). The webinar is free of charge.
