VZ Depotbank AG mainly provides asset management services to private and institutional clients (including capital from occupational pension plans).
VZ Depotbank AG has been founded in 2007 and is a 100% subsidiary of VZ Holding AG.
VZ Holding AG has been listed on SIX Swiss Exchange in 2007.
Reason for membership with SSF
As the integration of ESG into asset management is becoming an increasingly important aspect of our business model, we seek to strengthen our expertise in sustainable finance in order to develop state of the art services and mandates for our private and institutional clients. We expect to benefit from a membership in SSF in terms of knowledge and networking, but also to contribute ourselves to discussions with like-minded institutions and to form and voice opinions vs. the official authorities and the regulators.
