Caroline Putman Cramer, Director Romandie
Caroline Putman Cramer joined SSF in August 2025 as Director Romandie. Besides responding to the needs of existing SSF members in Romandie and working to expand the network, Caroline also leads work on the social aspect of sustainability and provides support on stewardship activities. Prior to this, she worked in Lombard Odier’s Stewardship team as Engagement Manager, supporting investee companies with their climate strategies, managing controversies and addressing Human-Rights related risks.
Previously, Caroline had a career in the humanitarian sector, including a decade spent in South-East Asia, Africa and Latin America. After two years working for NGOs, she joined the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). In the last four four years at the ICRC, Caroline dedicated herself to managing relationships with institutional donors, seeking new sources of funding and developing partnerships with the private sector. In parallel, she represented fellow employees on the ICRC Pension Fund Board and contributed to the first Responsible Investment charter.
Caroline has an LLM in International Law. In addition, she has also completed a DAS in Corporate Social Responsibility; a CAS in SDG Investing and the CFA Certificate in Sustainable Investing.
