Dr. Hendrik Kimmerle has started working in the field of sustainable finance as a researcher at University of Liechtenstein. At SSF, he is responsible for projects in various fields of sustainable finance, workgroup activities, communications and joint research studies.
Hendrik Kimmerle finished his PhD studies in 2021 with a thesis on "Sustainable Finance, Investors' Preferences and Shareholder" at the University of Liechtenstein. Besides working on research, he initiated the sustainability conference "Green Summit" and was responsible for an MBA program as the executive director. Additionally, he was part of the Life Climate Foundation Liechtenstein staff. During his studies he gained practical experience in the industry including Deutsche Bank’s product management investment team in the Private & Business Clients Division and the Corporate Finance department at Bosch.
He holds a PhD in Business Economics from the University of Liechtenstein. Further, he did his Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration with a special focus of Finance, Accounting and Taxation at the University of Bayreuth including an exchange semester in Barcelona.
