SSF's organisational structure comprises an elected Board representing all the different member types, and an appointed management team responsible for the day to day administration, communication and organisation. The workgroups are established via the board and can either focus on a specific theme or a geographical area of Switzerlaand.
The roles and responsibilities of the different bodies are defined in the Articles of Association of Swiss Sustainable Finance. Based on the Articles of Association (AoA), art. 13, section 3, and art. 15, section 3, the Board establishes and approves the Rules of Procedure for Swiss Sustainable Finance (SSF). They define the responsibilities and duties of the Board and Management.
