Helvetia Baloise Holding Ltd, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland, was formed through the merger of Helvetia and Baloise in 2025. It is the largest multi-line insurer in Switzerland and a leading European insurer. The group operates in life, property and casualty, and specialty insurance across eight European markets and selected global segments.
With more than 22,000 employees, the company serves around 13 million customers and generates a combined business volume of approximately CHF 20 billion.
