General description of organisation
Reason for membership with SSF
Realstone SA is committed ta integrating sustainability at the core of its investment and asset management activities, as reflected in our "Build for Better" strategy, which sets
measurable targets across energy intensity, carbon réduction, biodiversity, and social inclusion for our real estate portfolio of CHF 5.2 billion across 250+ buildings.
Joining Swiss Sustainable Finance would allow us to actively contribute to and benefit from the collective effort to advance sustainable finance practices in Switzerland. As a FINMA-regulated fund manager, we see SSF membership as a natural extension of our commitment to transparency and rigor — reflected in our adoption of leading frameworks such as GRESB, GRI, AMAS SR 2.2, and our ongoing alignment with decarbonization targets.
We are particularly motivated to engage with SSF's community of practice to exchange on emerging regulatory developments, data methodology challenges (notably around carbon
trajectory, embodied carbon and climate risk), and evolving best practices in ESG reporting forthe Swiss real estate sector. Membership would also strengthen our ability to
demonstrate credible, comparable sustainability performance to our investors and stakeholders, consistent with the standards SSF promotes across the industry.
