General description of organisation
Zurich Invest Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Company Ltd and the managing director of the Zurich Investment Foundation. Zurich Invest Ltd has over all more than CHF 36 billion assets under management and offering a wide range of traditional and private markets investment solutions. In addition to the Zurich Investment Foundation, it manages about CHF 15 billion of private and institutional investors and is subject to supervision by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). The institutional funds comply with the guidelines and standards of the Swiss Funds & Asset Management Association (SFAMA).
Zurich Invest Ltd develops investment solutions in close partnership with successful external portfolio managers. Each manager is chosen through a clearly structured, independent investment management process (best-in-class approach) and is continuously monitored.
Reason for membership with SSF
Zurich Invest Ltd wants to further extend efforts within the Responsible Investment area. A Swiss Sustainable Finance Membership allows us to gain further insights into new areas and themes of Responsible Investment to develop our asset manager selection and controlling process. Zurich Invest Ltd would also like to participate in workgroups and presentations to share its experiences with others.
